At barnstorm, we do everything we can to produce quality products we’re proud of. Due to being a small operation, we have a limited returns policy.

1. Free Shipping We offer free shipping for all orders within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

1.1. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping internationally.

2. Returns for Sizing We understand that sizing for pants is difficult. We happily accept exchanges if you need another size. Unfortunately, we don’t accept refunds or returns for size discrepancies.

3. Returns for Defective Goods We understand that, on rare occasions, a product may be defective or damaged during shipping. In such cases, we will gladly accept returns. To process a return for defective or damaged goods, please follow these steps:

3.2 Provide details: Please be prepared to give specific information about the issue, and if possible, provide photographs to help us understand the problem.

3.3 Return authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a return authorization along with instructions for returning the item.

3.4 Refund or replacement: Depending on the nature of the problem and product availability, we will either process a refund or send a replacement item.
